Mission

The organizational concept which defines the business, the requirements of covering their products plus services, the market in which it is developed and the public image of the company this is called mission of organization.

Vision

The organizational term which defines and describes the future state of affairs that a company wishes to have, the intention of the vision is to direct, to control in addition to encourage the organization as a whole to reach the desirable state of the organization is called the vision of the organization.

Objectives

The map which will be  will used to arrive at the goals you have for  organization and which will create a union between the mission in addition to the strategies of organization like marketing, productivity, projected profits, and results is called A business objective.

Goal

A visible and quantifiable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved inside a more or less unchanging time frame is a goal.

Core competencies

A core competence is the result of a specific set of skills or production techniques that deliver value to the customer. Such competences enable an organization to access a wide variety of markets. Executives should estimate the future challenges and opportunities of the business in order to stay on top of the game in varying situations.

At the heart of strategic planning procedure the following questions lie. The answers of the questions will show the key issues involved in a strategic planning:

• Where are we now?
The answer of that question will show the current position of the company in the market. Based on that information the company will fix the future strategic planning of the company

• How did we get there?
The answer of that question will show the current position of the company in the market. it will say us from where we have to start.

• Where are we heading?
It will direct the way through which we have go to get the prospected target. It will provide all the required explanations to be in the direction.

• Where would we like to be?
It will help an organization to design the prospected target or goal in the organization. It will say where the organization reaches to get the organizational success.

• How do we get there?
In this step the organization will fix the prospected path to be the predetermined goal. It will also prescribe all the directions related to the goal.

• Are we on course?
It will show the prospected position and ability to be on the implementations of the new strategy.
